In the tradition of taking food pictures, here’s lunch on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the club restaurant at Entrada. John has gone for the full monte here with a open-faced Reuben and fries. These are not just any fries, they are Entrada fries – creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside plus well seasoned. They also make their own potato chips which you used to have to buy but now at lunch they just give you a cone of them. These people have a way with potatoes.
