What a delicious dinner we had! First and foremost there was the veggie combo which included spicy lentils, collard greens, chopped injera, salad, and the fabulous (to me) cabbage, carrots and potatoes. There were also spicy lentils with Zeni’s special cheese and Yebeg Tibs which is a lamb dish. You can see the injera lining the plate.
Needless to say at the end there was not a scrap left.
