For dinner we went to Matbaren in the Grand Hotel. The plates are medium sized and John had Baltic herring and braised oxcheeks while I had coalfish with forest mushrooms and asparagus in a light butter sauce. George and Karen also had a dessert that looked really good – baked wild chocolate from Bolivia. After dinner John and I walked back to the hotel along the waterfront. We are hoping for at least 6 hours sleep tonight.
