We had a quiet Independence Day this year. Ryan and Jon returned from their trip to Greece and Turkey last night around midnight and they spent the day at home lavishing hugs on Nathan and Sam. (Also probably being quite jetlagged.) Sarah came over, though, and we celebrated the way we know best – by eating! Since I am on a diet, I passed up the usual burger for turkey sausage but the corn on the cob and the salad was enjoyed by everyone.
